Beaded Guide Rail

Septimatech’s adjustable guide rail systems are available to be supplied with unique anti scuffing guide rail materials and concepts. 

Custom engineered guide rail designs, such as beaded guide rails, prevent scuffing of containers, reduces friction and reduces bottle shingling.

Marking and scuffing of containers, while being conveyed along conveyor thru corners, crossovers and straights is no longer an issue with Septimatech’s engineered beaded guide rails. 

Repeatable, accurate conveyor guide rail and lane guide adjustments are still achieved while overcoming the issues with scuffed bottles.
